The weather belies the actual market behaviour.  An increasing number of people are coming out of hibernation and the cottage market is about to heat up.  

Inventory levels from sellers are not keeping pace with the demand from buyers so get in early so that the May 24 is a happy Long Weekend!

We are in dire need of more cottages to sell.  Sellers have an opportunity now, right now, to grab the attention of highly motivated buyers ab=nd benefit from the market moves while interest rates are still low....

Selling in the months between February to April could be the beginning of a beautiful thing for everyone.
